Payment and Billing
- Once you hit your monthly limit, you need to upgrade your subscription. Please contact us here if you need more than 5 hours per month.
- You can cancel your subscription at anytime, easily via web portal.
- You can cancel your Subscription at any time to stop the auto renewal of your Subscription. If you decide to cancel your Subscription, you will still have access to your Subscription until the day of expiration and will be charged accordingly. You can also reconvene the auto renewal of your Subscription anytime before the Subscription expires. Please see terms of service for more info.
- You can upgrade your plan in the Subscription & Billing page found here: https://genny.lovo.ai/subscription
- We process payments via Stripe which accepts most credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB payments. We currently don't have a PayPal option.
