• How do I try other languages?

  When selecting a voice by clicking the dropdown menu next to the profile picture of the text block, you can go to "Global Voice" section to check out which voices are available for your language of choice.

• What languages does Genny support?

• What's the difference between Voice Over and Video projects?

  Voice Over projects allow you to create audio-only content while Video projects allow you to concurrently edit multiple voices and video.

• Is there an option to do text to speech for a presentation video? In a way that the speech and presentation slides are automatically synchronized?

  This feature is currently unavailable but is under development and should launch in the near future.

• How do I add music to the voice over?

  You can add music to the voiceover under SFX and non-verbal interjections, all in the resource tab.

• How do I add music? Does the music have to be a particular type of file.

  Yes, you can add music by going to "+ Add Resource". You can upload your own music with format .mp3 and .wav.

• How can I save my project?

  You can click the "Save" button found at the top right of window.

• How do I download my project as mp3?

  Click "Render" at the top right. Click "+ New Render" and download by selecting the file you'd like to download.

• What emotions can LOVO express?

  LOVO's Emotional voices can express up to 30 different emotions as listed below:

• Can I clone my voice?

  Voice Cloning is currently under development and should be available soon.

• Can I download during a free trial?

  Yes you can download up to 20 minutes of Voice Over generation during the free trial.

• Can I upload text/word file?

  Yes you can. You can upload .txt and .docx files.

• Does Genny have an API?

  API is available on the Enterprise plan. Please contact hello@lovo.ai for more info.

• How do I sync the voice over with video?
